Each week, we will take care of our bodies with a variety of Yoga postural practices that prepare us for Meditation.
Students will receive a workbook and be able to practice a variety of yoga and meditation styles to determine what best supports their continued wellness.
Create a home practice that supports your intentions, physically and mentally. For beginners or experienced students looking to change their habits and re-ignite their practice. I will come to your home and teach you a postural series with alternatives and adaptations. Over the course of 4 weeks, we will create the home practice you can sustain.
