Classes are held in the grass in front of Brugger House. Classes will be moved indoors if the weather necessitates. Attendees should wear masks to setup their area (6 ft from other attendees) and check-in. During outside classes, masks do not need to be worn.

We recommend wearing a mask while checking in – attendance must be taken and recorded for each session.
Our instructor will wear a mask during check-in.
Please bring your own mat, and a water bottle.
If you are feeling ill – Please do not come to sessions
Practice social distancing by maintaining a 6-foot distance during the session.
Bring hand sanitizer to use before and after sessions and when using the restroom.

For Kids Yoga – Unfortunately, there cannot be parents or siblings in the session area in order to maintain social distancing and if needed tracing. Parents may sit in their cars in the parking lot adjacent to the area where the program takes place.
Yoga 1 – Learn the foundation of a practice that can support LIFE-LONG wellness. Postures, breathing, and meditation will be blended to help you reduce stress and create peace! Please bring a mat.
Yoga 2 – For experienced students. Grow your practice with postural variations, advanced breathing, and mindful meditations.
Mindful Movement – Somewhere between Yoga 1 & 2. A multi-level class with a meditative focus.
Mindful Mornings – A multi-level yoga class designed to energize the body and prepare the mind for the day.
Yoga Kickstart – Introductory yoga series. Focuses on creating the foundation of your life-long practice. Will include breathing and meditation.
Kidding Around Yoga – Youth-geared yoga instruction with music, games, and more!
Meditation Groups – Create, or evolve, your meditation practice with a variety of techniques to calm the mind.
Yogi for Hire – Schedule class on YOUR time and in YOUR space!

I am available for one-on-one sessions and small group experiences. For instance, yoga can support corporate retreats, family reunions, and girls/guys weekends. I can travel ANYWHERE!
The personal practice experience is 90 minutes, based on postural yoga. In addition, multi-session bookings receive a discount. Contact me for flexible payment options.
