Class Descriptions

Beginners – for new beginners or those who need a refresher. A thorough and safe introduction to yoga practice. Also, meditation instruction. Postures include modifications, adaptations, and contraindications.
Yoga 1 – Learn the foundation of a practice that can support LIFE-LONG wellness. Postures, breathing, and meditation will be blended to help you reduce stress and create peace! Please bring a mat.
Yoga 2 – For experienced students. Grow your practice with postural variations, advanced breathing, and mindful meditations.
Sunrise Yoga – Greet this day with a practice designed for body and mind. Practice postures, breathing, and meditation along the shore of Lake Erie. This class is suitable for all experience levels.
Mindful Mornings – A multi-level yoga class designed to energize the body and prepare the mind for the day.
Yoga Kickstart – Introductory yoga series. Focuses on creating the foundation of your life-long practice. Will include breathing and meditation.
Kidding Around Yoga – Youth-geared yoga instruction with music, games, and more!
Meditation Groups – Create, or evolve, your meditation practice with a variety of techniques to calm the mind.

Yogi for Hire – Schedule class on YOUR time and in YOUR space!

Unpredictable work schedule? Social anxiety? If you have difficulty attending regular classes, I offer private sessions!
I am available for one-on-one sessions and small group experiences. For instance, yoga can support corporate retreats, family reunions, and girls/guys weekends. I can travel ANYWHERE!
The personal practice experience is 90 minutes, based on postural yoga. In addition, multi-session bookings receive a discount. Contact me for flexible payment options.
